Food Forest TV on You Tube |
| Harnessing the power of the moving image and
the public video access service offered by You Tube
The Food Forest has launched its first micro movies onto Food Forest
TV.
There are some things that are just about impossible to really explain in words - like shearing a sheep or a complex gymnastic move. Videos make a lot of those hands-on activities intelligible and accessible. Graham Brookman has been joined by experienced videographer Sam Collins to create the first series of 'how to' videos, ranging from practical straw bale building techniques to controlling codling moth in your apple trees. It is staggering how much information can be stacked into these short movies using the You Tube 10 minute maximum format . See the films at http://www.youtube.com/user/TheFoodForest High grade copies of the videos are available on DVD by arrangement (A charge is made for these products) Current videos available free on You Tube are grouped under themes: Beer
